    What tastes better than peanut butter and chocolate? I was in the mood for some Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, but I was also in the mood to make something peanut buttery in the kitchen.     Adventures in Cake Pops

    I previously posted about my misadventures in cake pop making; my previous attempt at making cake pops were a failure, and was not a great start for my 30 before 30 series.  Oh boy. My friend Danielle came to my rescue so I can officially check this tricky cake pop task off the to do list. (Thanks Danielle!)     This Mulberry Zucchini Bread recipe is a great way to use up your zucchini and mulberry harvest. This is my first year having zucchini in my garden, and it’s shocking how many zucchini the two plants I have growing in my backyard garden have produced. I can’t eat it fast enough!     My go-to quick and easy breakfast is scrambled eggs. With the addition of a few extra veggies and spices, scrambled eggs jumps from ordinary to extraordinary.     Hard-Boiled Egg and Celery Salad

    I try to eat salads often as a healthy filler food, but green lettuce gets boring fast. This salad is a no-lettuce salad that is full of flavour. Adjust the amounts to your taste. This makes one snack-sized salad. Ingredients 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced 2 stalks of celery, diced half a cucumber, sliced then halved half an orange sweet pepper, diced 2 green onions, diced Italian dressing Step 1: combine ingredients; toss to coat with dressing.
